With a power consumption of only 2.88 watts while delivering high cooling performance, it emphasizes energy efficiency and is ideal for cooling high-performance processors with up to 64 cores and a TDP of up to 350 watts.

The Freezer 4U-M Rev. 3 offers a generous 53 mm of clearance for memory, allowing the use of RAM modules with moderate heatsinks. This space facilitates efficient airflow and ensures compatibility with various types of RAM. With an optimised installation height of only 145 mm, it fits into both classic 4U server racks and most consumer 4U cases available on the market. The Freezer 4U-M Rev. 3 features a compact design with dimensions of just 156 x 124 mm. This also makes it suitable for dual-socket motherboards. To adjust the airflow direction if required, the fans can be easily swapped over.
